Wholesome and pure ingredients go into every Stony Brook Cookie. Our cookies contain no hydrogenated oils (no trans fats) and no preservatives. We use unbleached and unbromated flour, dried fruits free of sulfur dioxide, pure chocolate, aluminum-free baking powder (who wants aluminum in their cookies??), antibiotic-free eggs and pure vanilla extract. As a small business, it is particularly challenging to obtain these products from our vendors, but after numerous kitchen tests and tastings, we can taste the difference.

Stony Brook Jumble
Dried cherries (sulfite-free), almonds, flour (unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, ferrous sulfate), semisweet chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, dextrose, soya lecithin), organic dried coconut, unsalted butter, cane sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, baking soda, vanilla extract, salt, sunflower oil. Double Chocolate Pecan
Bittersweet chocolate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), pecans, flour (unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, ferrous sulfate),cane sugar, dark brown sugar, unsalted butter, unsweetened cocoa, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), salt. Oatmeal Cranberry & White Chocolate
Rolled oats, dried cranberries, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, milk, vanilla), flour (unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, ferrous sulfate), unsalted butter, cane sugar, brown sugar, eggs, baking soda, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, sunflower oil. Super Chocolate Chunk
